OGDEN'. .March 19,-WIth the completion of tho nuw armory for the National Guard at Ogden another company of Infantry will bo organized horc. and a company at Logun, The purpose of those who have the Interest of the guard at heart Is to have such organizations as will permit of the organization of a battalion north of Salt Lake. George A. Graves in Charge. Former tire chief George A. Graves will have charge of the organization of the second company at Ogden, Captain W. E. Kneass now being commander of B company. com-pany. Speaking of tho matter today. Mr. Graves stated that ho would certainly organize or-ganize the company, If the guard wcro permitted to retain an adjutant general. Ho-wanted Mr. Geogheghnn retained but he expressed himself as entirely satisfied with the appointment of Itay C. Naylor. Naylor Is a Soldier. "Naylor is a soldier." said Mr. Graves. and if the meddlers will only permit him to bo adjutant general ln fact, nnd will keep their meddling fingers out of affairs that should not concern them, the guard can bo reorganized.
