A majority nnd minority report of tho committee com-mittee on commercial law was presented. The malority report, which was adopted, recommended recom-mended tfiat the association adhero to Its strong stand In behalf of a bankrupt law ao n part of tho permanent Jurisprudence of tho United States, and In behalf of the present law. tho repeal of which Is sought In a bill now pending.
