DISTRICT NO. 2 Twelfth South from twenty rods west of West Templo strcot, to tho end of car track nt Stato prison grounds; Fifth East from city limits to Twelfth South: Eleventh East from city limits to tho railroad crossing, ten rods south of Twelfth South street. DISTRICT NO. S Ninth East street from city limits to Twelfth South street; Sovonth East street from the road leading lead-ing Into Smlth'B mill to Twelfth South street; and Eleventh South street from Fifth East strcot to Scvonth East street; and Stato road from Tenth South to Twelfth South.
