Sentence was today to-day passed upon "Lord" Frederick Seymour Burrington in the Circuit court at Clayton, Mo., who was convicted con-victed of having killed James Mc-Cann, Mc-Cann, his benefactor. When tho court asked him if ho had anything to say before be-fore Bcnttmco was pronounced, Barring-ton Barring-ton replied; i "No, I have nothing to nay except that I havo not been given a fair trial.
