Show I BLIZZARD IN WYOMING I Feared That Stockmen Will Suffer Heavy Losses Special to The Herald Cheyenne Wyo Dec 2The snowstorm snow-storm which began about 5 oclock Wednesday morning has continued without abatement and tonight it is raging with relentless fury Snow now covers southeastern Wyoming to a depth of ten inches and is still falling Unless the storm becalms soon range stock loss will be heavy There is little likelihood that any lives will be lost as the storm was expected but cattle and sheep will die in large numbers unless the storm is followed by a high wind sufficient in force to blow the snow from hills and ridges thereby affording feeding places for stock In the event of a high wind the railroads will be blocked by the large amount of snow Tonight the mercury is falling I below zero and indications point to a I 111 i ffa YC |
