Show Pair Takes Wedding Vows In Temple; Honored At Lovely Home Reception Wedding bells were combined with spring blossoms blos-soms for Wilma Fackrell and Vee J. Koyle of Salem, who took their marriage vows in the Manti Temple on Monday, April 18. The bride is a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Redick H. Fackrell of Springville and the groom, a son of Mr. and Mrs. Jack Koyle of Salem. President Anderson performed per-formed the ceremony, r Complimenting the newlyweds, a reception was given at the home of the bride's uncle and aunt, Mr. and Mrs. J. R. Norton and the wedding gifts were displayed next door at the home of the bride's grandmother, Mrs. Allie Bunker. The bride chose traditional white satin for her wedding dress and her finger-tip veil hung from a crown of seed pearls. She wore a necklace of pearls and carried a bridal bouquet of gardenias and rose-buds tied with white satin ribbons. Mrs. Beth Dallin attended the bride as matron of honor and Mrs. Margie Twitchell, sister of the groom was attending matron. Mar-gene Mar-gene Fackrell of Salt Lake City, and Shirley Leyshon were bridesmaids. brides-maids. They were attired in pastel pas-tel colored formals and wore corsages cor-sages in corresponding colors. Creed Weight was best man. A program was given during the evening with musical numbers presented by Lois Fae Twitchell, Jane Norton, Keith Averett and Betty Wood; Bert Hunt and daughters; dau-ghters; Carol Lee Child and De Verl Hatfield. Mrs. Ruby ; Twitchell, Ruth Thorpe and Lois Houtz arranged the gifts and refreshments were under direction of Mrs. Ramola Norton and Mrs. Frankie Averett with Gene Shipley, Joan Marsh, Dorothy Fackrell and Janet Beardall Bear-dall serving. Mrs. , Vern Beardall assisted in receiving the guests. The entertaining rooms were pretty for the reception, being decorated dec-orated with a profussion of spring flowers and ferns. The bride, formerly employed at the Springville Bank, is a graduate gradu-ate of the local high school and seminary. The groom graduated from the Spanish Fork high school and Palmyra Seminary and filled a mission for the LDS church before be-fore serving in the U. S. Army Air Corps two years. The young couple plan to make their home in, Salem. |
