Mitchell of Parowan announce an-nounce the marriage of their daughter Janice, to Gary Y. Higgins, son of Mr. and Mrs. Glen G. Higgins of Bountiful, Utah. They will be married in the St. George Temple on July 27 and will be honored that evening at a reception at the home of the brides parents. Miss Mitchell graduated as an honor student from Parowan High School where she was active in Madrigals, Rammettes and was director of the Little Lambs Marching Group. She has attended Brigham Young University for the past three semesters and is presently in Europe with BYU Travel Studies. Higgins graduated from Viewmont High School where he was a member of the track team. He served a mission for the L.D.S. Church in the Edinburgh Scotland Mission, has attended at-tended Weber State, SUSC and is currently attending BYU. Janice and Gary will make their home in Provo where they will continue their education. |
