Steven Wheeler, Boulder City, Ci-ty, Nev. on Feb. 1, 1969. The Rev. George F. Daaich performed the double ring ceremony in the St. George Catholic Church. The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Bryner Wood, and parents of the bridegroom are Mr. and Mrs. J. C. Wheeler, Wheel-er, Boulder City, Nevaada. A reception honoring the newlyweds was held in the Beryl Community Building also al-so on Feb. 1. The bride wore a gown of lace and unpolised satin featuring fea-turing a beaded neckline and train with ball sleeves or lace. She carried a bouquet of white glamelias, white stephonotis and white roses. Matron of honor, Mrs. Kenneth Ken-neth Harris, bridesmaids, the Misses Leslie Gillett and Wendy Wen-dy Wood, and flower girl, little lit-tle Miss Patty Butler, wore dresses of dotted whipped cream. They carried pink roses ros-es and stephonotis. Mike Sirkel was best man, and ushers were Rex Wood, Danny Wood, Kelly Wood, and Jimmy Butler. Mrs. Wood wore a turquoise silk, and Mrs. Wheeler wore a beige silk with pink accessories.. accessor-ies.. Both dresses were complimented com-plimented with corsages of pink glamelias. For her going away costume, cos-tume, the bride chose a pink and yellow plaid suit with pink accessories. The young couple honeymooned at Glen Canyon. The bride graduated from Cedar High School and Mary's Beauty College. She is presently pres-ently employed as a beautician beau-tician in Salt Lake City. The bridegroom's schools included Boulder City High School and Utah Trade College Col-lege in Provo. He is presently present-ly serving with the United States Navy. |
