Show First Ward Plans Birthday Party The Cedar First ward will celebrate cele-brate the sixteenth anniversary of the opening of the beautiful new chapel and recreation hall, when the ward plays host to the people of Cedar City and surrounding communities com-munities at a turkey dinner and dancing party. The first social was .held in the church building on February 22, 1933, and each year since, with one exception, a similar party has been held. This year It will be held on February 21 because the anniversary anniver-sary date falls on Sunday. The serving will begin promptly at 8 p. m. and continue throughout the evening until every guest has been served. Dancing will begin early In the evening and continue throughout the entire evening. This annual event has always been an outstanding social of tht entire season, and the First ward bishopric and all members of the Ward extends an Invitation to everyone ev-eryone In Cedar City and surrounding surround-ing communities to Join in the ecle-1 bration again this year. |
