OCR Text	1 Gall Call for Private Bids On Road Oiling Praised Appreciation for the attitude of or the state road comm commission in offering to call for or private bids on its road rond oiling program for 1932 was expressed expressed ex ex- pressed Wednesday by Mark Tuttle executive secretary of the tam tain branch Associated General Contractors Contractors Con Con- tractors of America Several Utah contractors have already already al ale al- al ready expressed an intention to bid for the work according to Mr Tut Tul tie who explained that Utah labor and materials will be used exclusively Bids for the first unit of the oiling work will be opened at the state capitol April 25 This unit includes miles miler of federal aid projects Nos 17 and 67 in ln n Juab Millard and Beaver cou counties ties
