COUNTY COMMISSION LAKE PROJECT The Salt Lake county commission officially lent backing to the tho proposed fresh water body in Great Salt lake Wednesday when it passed a resolution tion ion calling for lor a promotional organization ration to arouse interest in the plan throughout the state sUite After considering reports on the project submitted by an engineers' engineers committee and a 1 citizens' citizens committee the he commission adopted a resolution to the following effect That the reports should be referred to the Salt Lake chamber of commerce com corn merce with a recommendation that thata a promotion committee be formed to create interest to bring about the necessary legislative action and the action of state sLate officials to make possible possible pos pOSe sible the lake On the committee should be representatives of the Davis Davis Da Da- Davis vis county commission and citizens the Weber county commission and citizens the Ogden city commission and residents as well wen as representatives tives of or Salt Lake City and count county The commission offered its cooperation cooperation cooperation co co- co operation to other Interested county commissions and urged that civic groups throughout the state aid in creating interest
