Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS The following applications have been filed with the State Engineer to change water in Iron County, State of Utah, throughout the entire year unless un-less otherwise designated. Locations are SLE&M. a-5481 West Enoch Irrigation Irriga-tion Co., Enoch, Utah, proposes pro-poses to change the point of diversion and place of use of 64.0 ac.-ft. out of a total of 640.0 ac.-ft. of water evidenced by App. No. 12455 (73-46) Cedar Ce-dar City Valley Proposed Determination De-termination of Water Rights, as amended by Ch. App. No. a-4459. The water has been diverted from three 12-in. wells from 250 to 500 ft. deep, at tho fnltnuincr nnints; itl- N. 60 ft. and W. 435 ft. from SE Cor. Sec. 12, 2- N. 1245 ft. and W. 35 ft. from EV4 Cor. Sec. 13, 3. N. 60 ft. and W. 1675 ft. from SE Cor. Sec. 12, all of T35S, R11W. The water has been used from Apr. 1 to Oct. 31 as a supplemental supply to irrigate 465 acs., limited to sole supply of 160 acs., In parts of Sees. 1, 2, 12, T35S, R11W, Sec. 7, T35S, R10W, Sec. 36, T34S, R11W. Hereafter, 64.0 ac.-ft. of water wa-ter is to be diverted from an existing 12-in. well 238 ft. deep at a point N. 520 ft. and W. 30 ft. from SE Cor. Sec. 12, T35S, R11W, and used from Apr. 1 to Oct. 31 for supplemental supple-mental irrigation of 157.0 acs., but limited to sole supply of 16.0 acs. in SE said Sec. 12. The remainder of the water is to be used as heretofore. a-5482 James B. Utt & R. M. Cumberworth, dba Rush Lake Cattle Co., 2520 Valencia St., Santa Ana, California, propose to change the point of diversion diver-sion and place of use of 400.0 ac.-ft. of water evidenced by Segregation App. No. 35453 -c (73-2133). The water was to have been diverted from a 16-in. well 150-200 ft. deep at a point E. 1150 ft. and S. 300 ft. from W Cor. Sec. 2, T34S, R11W, and used from Apr. 1 to Oct. 31 for irrigation of 100 acs. in SMs Sec. 2, NVa Sec. 11, T34S, R11W. Hereafter, 400.0 ac.-ft. of water wa-ter is to be diverted from an existing 12-in. well 238 ft. deep at a point N. 520 ft. and W. 30 ft. from SE Cor. Sec. 12, T35S, R11W, and used from Apr. 1 to Oct. 31 for supplemental supple-mental irrigation of 157.0 acs., limited to sole supply of 100 acs., within SE said Sec. 12. a-5488 James B. Utt & R. M. App. No. 35453-d 35453-d (73-2134). The water was to have been diverted from a 16-in. well 150-200 ft. deep at a point S. 300 ft. and E. 1150 ft. from W Cor. Hereafter, 0.73 ac.-ft. of water wa-ter is to be diverted from a 6-in. well 200-300 ft. deep at a point N. 330 ft. and W. 1930 ft. from SE Cor. Sec. 27, T34S, R18W, and used for domestic purposes of one family fam-ily in SWSE said Sec. 27. The remainder of the water is to be used as heretofore. a-5508 Kenneth A. Middle-ton Middle-ton and Robert F. Middleton, 234 So. 700 West, Cedar City, Utah, propose to change the point of diversion and place of use of 5.0 sec.-ft. of water evidenced by App. No. 27779 (73-1349 and 73-1835). The wa-ter wa-ter was to have been diverted from a 16-in. well 288 ft. deep at a point N. 580 ft. and E. 650 ft. from W& Cor. Sec. 36, T36S, R12W, and used for incidental in-cidental stockwatering and from Mar. 15 to Oct. 31 for supplemental irrigation of 369 acs., limited to sole supply on 210.82 acs. All uses within NWSW, SWNW Sec. 36, N Sec. 35, all of T36S, R12W. Hereafter, 5.0 sec.-ft. of water wa-ter is to be diverted from either one or both of two Sec. 2, and N Sec. 11, T34S, j R11W. Hereafter, 400.0 ac.-ft. of water wa-ter is to be diverted from a 16-in. well 400-500 ft. deep at a point N. 80 ft. and E. 1260 ft. from SM Cor. Sec. 10, T35S, R11W, and used from Apr. 1 to Oct. 31 for supplemental irrigation of 400 acs., limited to sole supply of 100 acs., within SEM, Sec. 3, ENW, SE Sec. 10, WSE, W-NW, W-NW, NWSW Sec. 11, all of T35S, R11W. a-5494 James B. Cumberworth, dba Rush Lake Cattle Co., 2520 Valencia Street, Santa Ana, California, propose to change the point of diversion and place of use of 2016.8 ac.-ft. of water evidenced evi-denced by App. No. 35452 (73-2055). (73-2055). The water was to have been diverted from a 16-in. well 150-200 ft. deep at a point N. 150 ft. and E. 150 ft. from W Cor. Sec. 14, T34S, R11W, and used for stockwatering of 600 cattle and from Apr. 1 to Oct. 31 for irrigation of 500 acs. All uses in N Sec. 14, S Sec. 11, SNW Sec1. 13, T34S, R11W. Hereafter, 2016.8 ac.-ft. of water is to be diverted from either one or both of two 16-in. 16-in. wells 525 ft. and 121 ft. deep as follows: 1- Same as heretofore, 2- S. 1190 ft. and W. 30 ft. from NE Cor. Sec. 14, T34S, R11W, and used for stockwatering of 600 cattle and from Mar. 15 to- Oct. 31 I as a supplemental supply to irrigate 880 acs., limited to sole supply of 500 acs. All uses in SVi Sec. 11, SW Sec. 12, NV4 Sec. 14, NW Sec. 13, all of T34S, R11W. a-5497 Richard B. Park, P. O. Box 1314, San Bernardino, California, proposes to change the point of diversion and nature na-ture of use of 0.73 ac.-ft of water out of a total of 172.73 ac.-ft. evidenced by App. No. 12085-c (71-1857), Escalante Valley Proposed Determination Determina-tion of Water Rights. The water has been diverted from a well at a point N. 110 ft and W. 70 ft from EM Cor. Sec. 5, T35S, R16W, a ad used for domestic purposes of one family and from Apr. 1 to Oct 31 for supplemental ir- wells as follows: 1- an existing 16-in. well 307 ft. deep at a point N. 795 ft. and W. 1078 ft. from E Cor. Sec. 36, 2- 16-in. well 300-500 300-500 ft. deep at a point W. 1050 ft. from E Cor. Sec. 35, both of T36S, R12W, and used for supplemental stock-watering stock-watering of 2000 sheep, 100 cattle, 5 horses, and from Mar. 15 to Oct. 31 for supplemental irrigation of 702 acs., limited to sole supply of 210.82 acs. All uses within N, SEM Sec. 35, NSVa Sec. 36, ' all of T36S, R12W. a-5511 Lane V. Moyle, Beryl, Utah, proposes to change the point of diversion and place of use of 320.00 ac.-ft. out of a total of 321.708 ac.-ft. of water evidenced by Water Users Claim 71-280 Escalante Valley Proposed Determination Determina-tion of Water Rights. The water wa-ter has been diverted from a well at a point N. 160 ft. and W. 1260 ft. from S Cor. Sec. 7, T35S, R16W, and used for supplemental supply for 250 sheep, 5 cattle, 6 horses, and from Mar. 15 to Oct. 31 for supplemental irrigation of 129 acs., limited to sole supply of 80 acs. All uses in EW said Sec. 7. Hereafter, 320.0 ac.-ft. of wa-ter wa-ter is to be diverted from either or both of two existing 16-in. wells as follows: 1-N. 1-N. 310 ft. and E. 110 ft. from SW Cor. Sec. 19, T36S, R15W, 2- N. 45 ft. and W. 1205 ft. from SE Cor. Sec. 13, T36S, R16W. The water is to be used from Mar. 15 to Nov. 1 as a supplemental supply to irrigate 235 acs., limited to sole supply of 80.0 acs., within parts of SE14 Sec. 13, T36S, R16W, Lots 4, 9, 10, Sec. 19, T36S, R15W. The stockwatering stockwater-ing right not changed is to remain as heretofore. Protests resisting the granting grant-ing of these applications with reasons therefor must be filed in duplicate with the State Engineer, 442 State Capitol, Salt Lake City, Utah, on or before July 6, 1968.
