IN TTIK DISTRICT COURT, PROBATA division, in and for fcfalt Lake county, state of Utah. In the matter of the estate of Charles Lammersdorf, deceased. de-ceased. Notice. The petition of L. H. Farns worth and Herman Harms, administrators of the estate of Charles Lammersdorf, deceased, ; praying for an order of sale of real prop-' prop-' erty of said decedent, and that all per-! per-! sons interested appear before the said court to show cause why an order should not be granted to sell so much as shall be necessary of the following described : real estate of said deceased, to wit: A certain right in and to the following described tract of land situate in the citv and county of Salt Lake, state of Utah: Commencing at a point 253.29 feet east from the southeast corner of Block ISS, Plat "A," Salt Lake City Survey, running run-ning thence cast 1S1.5 feet, thence north 19S.0 feet, thence west 49.5 feet, thqiica : north 132.0 feet, thence west 1GS.0 feet, thence south 120.0 feet, thence east 33 feet, thence south 12 feet, thence east 33 feet, thence south "3 feet. th-?nee west 30 feet, thence south 165 feet to the place of beginning. Zion's Pavings Bank & Trust company will proceed to sell and dispose of the said lands in parcels or as a whole from time to time as It may deem proper and the proceeds derived from the sale of any such lands and property hereinbefore described, de-scribed, after deducting ail taxes, expenses ex-penses and necessary charges, -shall ba applied, first, to the pavmnt of the SSo.000.00 with interest thereon at the rate of G per cent per annum fvom the 14th day of May, 1913, until the full payment pay-ment of the said pr" ncip.il sum of $S5,-1 $S5,-1 000.00, that is to say, is fist as monny ! shall be derived by the Zion's Savings I Bank & Trust company from the sale of ; th.j said real estate a nd property thn i proceeds derived from such sale shall be .paid as follows: 4 $-85 thereof shjll be j paid io Zion's Savings Bank t Tmst : company and 37-S5 thereof shull be viul ! to tho- estate of Chariot Lammersdorf ! until vthr? said principal sum f JSS.OOAOO j witn :i't"-est from the 4th day of May. I 191 2, until paid, shall have been fully j pa'd, which shall be regarded as representing repre-senting the 000,000 covered by the two promissory notes which were secured by the said first mortgage herein mentioned. After the said $85,000.00 and interest, taxes, expenses, etc., shall have been fully paid, any moneys thereafter received from the sale of the said lands and property prop-erty shall be applied to the payment to the estate of Charles Lammersdorf of $11,000.00 and interest at the rate of G per cent per annum from May 14, 1913, until paid, represented by the said note secured bv the sa'd second mortgage, which payment shall be made from time to time until the said $11,000.00 together with 6 per cent interest thereon per annum an-num from the 14th day of May, 1913, shall have been fully paid. After, the payment of all of the sums hereinbefore mentioned and the interest, the balance of the said property shall be sold, if any then remains, and all remaining remain-ing proceeds shall be paid V2 to Zion's Savings Bank & Trust company and V, to the estate of Charles Lammersdorf ; has been set for hearing on Friday, the 1st day of August, A. D. 1919, at 10 o'clock a. m., at the county courthouse, in the courtroom of said court, in Salt Lake City, Salt Lake county, Utah.
