Stephens, tne under- signed, trustee, their certain trust deed, : dated the 11th day of March, 1915, duly ' acknowledged, certified and recorded In the office of the county recorder of Salt Lake county, Utah, on July 30, 191o, in book 8-"M" of Mortgages, pages 262-8. , which said conveyance was made to secure se-cure the payment of Indebtedness of the said Baseman Agricultural & Develop- ; ment company, aggregating ?62S.90, with interest at the rate of eight (8) per cent : per annum from February 9, 1915, a , schedule of which ia in said trust deed ; set forth; and, Whereas, one-half of said Indebtedness matured upon December i, ialo, no part of which nas been paid; and. Vhereas. by the conditions of said trust deed, if default be made for thirty (30) days in any payment, or other covenant in said trust deed contained, the trustee being previously requested so to do by a majority in number and amount of the creditors of said trifst deed, is authorized to sell all the property described in said trust deed, tirst 'giving notice by publication publi-cation in some, newspaper published in Salt. Lake county, Utah, that all the Interest, In-terest, of the grantors In the premises conveyed con-veyed and mortgaged shall be sold at the west front door of the Joint City and County building in Salt Lake City, Utah, at a time of day, and on a day to be specified in said notice, such notice to be published at least once a week for three consecutive weeks; and, Whereas, a majority in number and amount of tiie creditors secured by said trust deed have, in writing, requested the trustee to foreclose the same and sell the property theicin described; Now, therefore, notice is hereby given that the undersigned, trustee, will, upon Tuesday, the 26th day of September, iai6, at the west front door of the Joint City and County building in Salt Lake City, Utah, at 12 o'clock noon of said day, sell at public auction to the highest bidder for cash, the following described real estate in paid trust deed " described and conveyed con-veyed : Parcel 1: Lots 9. 10. n and 12, block 70, Sandy Station plat, subject to right of way of East Jordan canal, and subject also to a mortgage securing; an indebted ness of $1600 to the Sandy City bank. Parcel 2: All that certain piece or parcel par-cel of land situated in Salt Lake county, state of -Utah, described as follows, to wit: Commencing SO rods east from the southwest corner of section 5, township 3 south of range 1 east of Salt Lake meridian, me-ridian, thence east 160 rods, thence north 90 rods, thence west 160 rods, thence south 90 rods to the place of beginning. Parcel 3. Commencing at a point In he center of a county road, north and south, 3 rods north from the southwest corner of lot six (C). section twenty-three (2o), township two (2) south of range one (1) west. Salt Lake meridian, running thence south along center of said road, 9G.7 rods; thence east 104 rods; thence north 9.8 rods; thence east 2S rods to the west bank of the Jordan river; thence down the west bank of said river, northerly north-erly 1S2 1-5 rods, more or less, to a point 41 rods, more or less, north of south line of said lot 6; thence south 72' degrees west 130 rods, to the place of beginning.
