Show ALLEGED TO HAVE ATTEMPTED ROBBERY Special io The Tribune. OGDEN. Sept. 22. R. K. Wagoner, 20 years of age, who is believed by the police po-lice to liav'e just entered upon a career of crime, was sentenced by Judge. George S. Barker todiv to serve twenty days in the city jail. He was convicted on a charge of carrying concealed weapons. According Accord-ing to John Thomas, who caused Wagoner's Wag-oner's arrest, the young man poinfed a revolver at him last night with the intention in-tention of committing robbery. Thomas said he moved into the light of a street lamp to get a- better look at Wagoner and the young highwayman changed his mind about robbing his victim. Thomas then followed Wagoner into the business j district and caused his arrest. |
