Show OGDEN OFFICERS WILL LOOK FOR WRESTLER Asked by Federal Authorities to Arrest Ar-rest Gus Pappas, Wanted on Mann Act Charge. Special to The Tribune. OGDEX, Sept. 2'2. The young woman, wom-an, daughter of George (t. Rose, 849 Thirtieth street, is now in custody of i the authorities at Focatello, Idaho, ! pending the arrest of Pappas. After a few j weeks he is alleged to have taken her i to Pocatello, Idaho, for a similar pur-; pur-; pose. The information concerning her whereabouts and the life she was leading lead-ing is said to have been gleaned f rohi a letter to her parents in this city. Inspector Leon Bone of the federal deportment of justice whs notified of the case, but Pappas had fled when his wife threatened him with exposure. Roth the federal authorities and the local officers are confident that the wrestler will be apprehended. |
