Notice, No-tice, i The petition of Bankers Trust com- pany. administrator, with the will annexed, an-nexed, of the estate of Marietta King, deceased, praying for an order of sale of real and personal property of said decedent, de-cedent, and for approval and settlement of first account of administrator, and that all persons interested appear before the said court to show cause why an order should not be granted to sell so much as shall be necessary of the following described de-scribed real estate of said deceased, to wit: Part of lots 31 and Z2, block 10, "South Ogden survey of Ogden city, more par- , ticularly described as: Beginning at the east line, 'of a certain alley running thence from Thirty-second street, at a point 3ii feet north and llu1,-feet llu1,-feet east of the southwest corner of said lot 32, and running thence north 7S feet, thence east 150 feet to the west line of Hudson avenue, thence .south 7S feet, thence west 150 feet along the line of lot 32 to the point of beginning; An undivided (thought to be 1-5) interest in-terest in a certain patent mining claim situate in Silver Lake mining district, In Utah county, state of Utah, commonly known and patented as the Margaret -Elizabeth Lode mining claim; Twelve hundred fifty shares of the capital capi-tal stock of Ensign Amusement company pledged with Utah Stare National bank on a loan of eight hundred fifty dollars; One hundred shares of the capital stock of the Colorado Mining company; Certificates Nos. ttfrt, 635, 7S7 for the total to-tal amount of :M0O shares of the common capital stock of Great Copper King Mining Min-ing and Milling company; Rome dishes and books In the hands of Mrs. John T.
