Show MRS. M. A. R. HAYES SUCCUMBS AT HOME SALT LAKE, July 9 Mary Ann Riser Hayes. 72 years of age, who1 crossed the plains from Nauvoo. 111., her birthplace, in the second L. D. S. companv of the year 1817, died at the family residence, -jr.s W'-st Third North street, last night, from ailments incident inci-dent 'o old age. Mrs Hayes was 3 years of age when she accompanied her parents, the late ucorge G :ind C'nrlstiana Riser, from; .Nauvoo, to Salt Lake.
