Sealed bids will be received bv th board of trustees of Pocatello Ind pendent School District No 1, at then-Office then-Office in the High School Building, Pocatello, Idaho, up until 8 ,j. ro., Wednesday, July 9, 1919, for the eree-1 tion and completion of the second stor over the gymnasium and class rooms i of the present high school building. All bids shall be accompanied by a j certified check to the amount of 5 pet cent of the bid which amount is to be i forfeited to the school district as liqui-dated liqui-dated damages if the bidder shall fail or refuse for a period of one week alter ! the award of the work to him, to enter into a contract and furnish a bond as i hereinafter specified.
