Show DRIVE AGAINST BEER LAUNCHED IN PITTSBURG PITTSBURG Pa., July 0 The government's gov-ernment's drive against the sale of beer containing L! per cent aleohid was launched her todaj when United States Attorney R. L. Crawford filed a suit against the Pitiburg Brewing company, one of the city's largest breweries, in the I'nllod States district dis-trict court charging violation of the wartime prohibition law Eleven ol finals fi-nals of the company were named in the information Immediately following filing of the suit, United States Judgo W. H. S. 'Thompson, on picas of the federal attorney, at-torney, issued a write upon the company com-pany to appear in court Simultaneously, Simultane-ously, ho issued bench warrants for the arrest of the eleven officials of the company named in the suit. The warrants were placed in the hands of United States -Marshal shon. who Immediately started out to round up the officials. The suit was filed by the federal attorney at-torney on information furnished bv R B. Spencer, special agent of the de-department de-department of Justice.
