Clean Bill of Health WASHINGTON, July 9 More than 93 pr cent of the 2,000,000 officers and men of the army who have been demobilized since the signing of the armistice were discharged with a clean bill of health, according to an announcement an-nouncement today from the office of the surgeon-general of the army. Negro troops showed a slightly better bet-ter physical condition than the wilte, but a higher percentage were held for communicable diseases. oo |
