To the Stockholders of tho Sanpete Valley Val-ley Railway Company: Notice is hereby given that a special meeting of tho stockholders of Sanpote Valley Railway Company will be held at tho principal offlco of the company In tho Judge Building, nt Salt Lake City, Utah, upon Monday, the 20th day of July, loos' at 11.15 o'clock a. m., for the purpose of considering, and confirming or disapproving, disap-proving, certain action of the Board of Directors of said company heretofore taken, ta-ken, providing for the subjection of tho company's railroads, railroad property and franchises and its other assets and property, prop-erty, to, tho lien of tho first consolidated mortgage deed of The Rio Grando Western West-ern Rullway Company, of dato April fst 1899, and for the purposo of taking any lawful action In relation to tho mortgaging mort-gaging or conveyance of tho company's said railroads, railroad property and franchises and Us other assets and property, prop-erty, as may by the stockholders at such meeting be deemed requisite or desirable.
