The grand jury investigation of conditions condi-tions at the tracks is proceeding and District Attorney Elder of Kings county coun-ty said today that within twenty-four hours he expected indlotmonts of Important Im-portant persons in connection with the alleged al-leged violations of the anti-betting law. i |
