Show NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE The following described de-scribed property will be sold at public auction auc-tion to the highest bidder, bid-der, payable in lawful money of the United States at the time of sale, January 15, 1987, on the front steps of the Davis County Courthouse, Farming-ton, Farming-ton, Utah at 10:00 a.m. of said day, for the purpose pur-pose of foreclosing a Trust Deed executed by Gary V. Foy and Sharon S. Foy, husband hus-band and wife, as Trus-tors, Trus-tors, in favor of STATE SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION, ASSO-CIATION, as Trustee and Beneficiary, which Trust Deed is dated October 24, 1979 and was filed for record re-cord on October 29, 1979 as Entry No. 548964 in Book 799, Page 32, of the official records of Davis County, Coun-ty, State of Utah. The real property covered by the Trust Deed is located: 2136 North 100 West, Sunset, Utah and more particularly described as: Lot 9, Amended Plat of EVES GARDEN GAR-DEN SUBDIVISION SUBDIVI-SION No. 4, according to the official plat thereof recorded in the office of the county recorder of Davis County. Notice of Default was recorded September Septem-ber 3, 1986. as Entry No. 750736 in Book 1109, Page 636 of said official records.
