Show NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE The following described de-scribed property situated situ-ated in Davis County, State of Utah, will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder on the front steps of the Davis County Courthouse, Farming-ton, Farming-ton, Utah, on January 26, 1987 at the hour of 12:00 o'clock noon, for the purpose of foreclosing fore-closing a Trust Deed executed by DOUGLAS DOUG-LAS K. KLINE and JACQUELINE R. KLINE, husband and wife, as Trustor, in favor of ZIONS FIRST NATIONAL BANK, as Beneficiary, Benefici-ary, recorded May 12. 1982, as Entry No. 615108 in Book 902, atsPage 288. of the official offi-cial records of Davis County, Utah and encumbers en-cumbers certain real property located in Davis County, State of Utah, which real property prop-erty is more particular-ly particular-ly described as follows: fol-lows: ' All of Lot 152.
