Show Rehab, center held Yule social The "Spirit of Christmas" prevailed pre-vailed again this season as the Bountiful Elks Lodge hosted the Pioneer Adult Rehab. Center on Wednesday, Dec. 17. This annual affair assures the school's population of a merry Christmas complete with punch, cookies, fruits and gifts, and dancing danc-ing to a live band, "The Midnite Special" whose members donate their time and talent to a most appreciative and enthusiastic group. Hardee's Restaurants provided more than 30 gallons of punch for this occasion this year, served by members Bob and Betty Lou Law-son, Law-son, Exalted Ruler Gary Wheelwright, Wheel-wright, Ladies of Elks President Radonna Jones, and many helpers from the Lodge. Individual gifts were provided by Barbara Nielson's Avon pro ducts to make this a most memorable memor-able night for all who attended. The Elks Lodge also hosts the center for Halloween and Valentine's Day parties each year. The Bountiful Elks Lodge will distribute food, clothing and toys to the Davis County needy and shut-ins to insure a merry Christmas Christ-mas for all as juse one of the many charitable community projects they participate in each year. |
