Show NOTICE OF DEFAULT To: George J. Kershaw Ker-shaw Notice is hereby given by the undersigned, under-signed, Stephen I. Oda, Substitute Trustee, Trus-tee, that under the trust deed, made, executed ex-ecuted and delivered by George J. Kershaw as Trustor, to Home Abstract and Title Co. Inc. as Trustee, on June I. 1984. covering certain real property therein described to secure certain obligations obliga-tions in favor of Randy C. and Paul Moultrie as Beneficiaries such trust deed being recorded re-corded on June I. 1984 in Book 993 of trust deeds at page 389. in the office of the County Coun-ty Recorder of Davis County, State of Utah, a breach of the obligations obliga-tions for which such trust deed in security has occurred in that the Trustors have failed to pay note obligation obli-gation to Prudential FederaJ Savings due September I. October I, November I and December De-cember I, 1985 and January I, 1986 and failure fa-ilure to make payments pay-ments to Citicorp Person Per-son to Person Financial Finan-cial of Utah due September Sep-tember I, October I. November I, Decem ber I, 1985 and January Janu-ary I. 1986 with accrued interest, and Trustors have abandoned aban-doned said property, and that the undersigned under-signed Trustee has elected to consider all of the principal and interest in-terest due in consequence consequ-ence of the default, in accordance with the terms of such Note and trust deed, and has elected to sell or cause to be sold the real property described in such trust deed to satisfy obligation. Said property is located lo-cated in Davis County, State of Utah and more particularly described as follows: All of the Lot 10, HILLSIDE ESTATES NO. 2 in Davis County, a subdivision of part of Section 8, Township Town-ship 4 North, Range I West, Salt Lake Meridian, in the City of Layton, according to the official plat thereof.
