Show NOTICE OF HEARING Noticd is hereby given that on Thursday, Thurs-day, the 27th day of February, 1986 at 4:00 P.M. in the Davis County Planning Commission Com-mission Chambers, the Davis County Board of Adjustment will conduct con-duct a hearing to consider con-sider the following appeal from the requirements re-quirements of the Davis County Zoning Ordinance. CASE No. 314-86 An appeal by Le-land Le-land & Adele Mansfield, Man-sfield, at 532 South Angel Street, Layton, for a variance of 8 feet off their south side property line so they would be able to build a unattached un-attached garage. Zoning Ordinance reference Chapter 14(4-1) Section 14-4-4 "Minimum Lot Standards". It is hereby required that the appellants and those in opposition or their agents be present to argue the case.
