Show Out East Mill Creek Way ... EMCers Are Talking About Piano Recitals, Fires, India This Week There were two very excited EMC girls last Monday when they played in a recital of piano concertos. JANET ROGERS, ter of MR. and MRS. T. L. IRVINE. IR-VINE. The reports have been that these girls were not too excited about the placement exams they were required to take, but they seem to love "batching." At last we're catching up with Dan Cupid, for it seems that two of our East Mill Creek maidens are sporting beautiful diamonds. MISS NANCY BENNY, daughter of MR. and MRS. HARVEY PENNY, recently re-cently received a lovely sparkler spark-ler from JOHN JOHANSEM, son of MR. and MRS. J. .10-HANSEN. .10-HANSEN. Marriage plans are tentatively set for June. As of Sept. 6, MISS JOY DAVIS, daughter of MR. and mbs T? AY DAVIS, is now wear- playing Mozarts' "Concerto in C Minor" and JACKIE GLADE, nlaving Mendelssohn's Concerto Con-certo in G Minor" did themselves them-selves proud at the recital which was held in the Garden Park Ward under the direction of RUDOLPH E.
