Show materials used in the prosecution prosecu-tion of the work; That said Contract has been completed, and the final settlement settle-ment has been made thereof more than six months prior to the filing of this action, but said Contractors have failed to pay the Steel-Engineers Company, a corporation, for the benefit of whom this action is brought, for materials furnished by it and used in the construction of said addition to said administration building; That said Plaintiff, as provided pro-vided by Chapter 1, Title 17, Revised Re-vised Statutes of Utah, 1943, has caused this- action to be brought for the use and benefit of the Steel-Engineers Company, and all other creditors and claimants of said Contractors who furnished fur-nished or performed labor upon or furnished materials used in the prosecution and construction construc-tion of said addition, for which payment has not been made. Pursuant to Title 17, Revised Statues of Utah, 1943, and the Order of the Court in this cause, Notice is hereby given to all persons who performed labor upon, or supplied materials used, in the construction of said addition, addi-tion, that you have a right to intervene and file your claims in this cause at any time prior to December 27, 1948. Notice is also given that all claimants and creditors who do not intervene or assert and establish es-tablish their claims in this action ac-tion within the time herein provided, pro-vided, shall be forever barred from recovery upon the above described bond, and from the Defendant, De-fendant, United Pacific Insurance Insur-ance Company.
