Show Parenting Glasses Continue Education Resource Center and the Region III PTA. The next activity in the series is planned for Wednesday. April 4 at 7:30 p.m. AT THAT time Dr. Jerry Braza. Ph.D. will speak on "Finding Your Loving Center: Barriers Which Block Loving Self and Others." Dr. Braza is associate Professor in Health Education. University of Utah and is well known for his work 'concerning physical and emotional emo-tional well being. i The sixth of the "Parenting in the 80's series will address "Living Happily with Teenagers: Teena-gers: Using the Positive Approach." It is planned for Wednesday. March 7 and will i take place at Farmington Jr. High School. 160 S. 200 W.. Farmington. The beginning time will be promptly at 7:30 p.m. SEEING A youngster mature ma-ture and gain independence throughout their adolescent years can be a satisfying tim? for parents. These same years can also bring unique problems into the family and the positive approach can help difficult situations materialize into growing experiences. . Making the most of the positive posi-tive approach will be discussed by Mrs. Ann Benson, speaker for the evening. As a mother of three sons ranging in ages from 10 to 17. Mrs. Benson comes well prepared to address the topic. Her advice is based upon practical experience and her positive approach to parenting is reflected in her warm and humorous manner. MRS. BENSON also brings with her much professional experience ex-perience in working with families fami-lies and young people. She holds a bachelor's degree from the Texas Woman's University Universi-ty and is currently enrolled in the University of Utah Graduate Gradu-ate School of Social Work. She currently serves as Social Service Ser-vice Coordinator for the Davis School District's Head Start program. Her professional experience ex-perience includes working with Juvenile Court.
