The following applications have been filed with the State Engineer to' appropriate water in Duchesne County, State of Utah, throughout the entire year and all locations being from USB&M, unless otherwise designated. desig-nated. 23773 Edgar Miles. Mt. Emmons, Em-mons, Ut. 1 sec.-ft. for irrigation use from a 10-in. well between 0 to 300 ft. deep at a point S. 25 ft. and E. 200 ft. from NW Cor. Sec. 9, T2S, R1W. The water wa-ter is to be used from April 1 to Oct. 31 to irrigate 80 acres of land embraced in WV4NWV4 Sec. 9, T2S. R1W. 23830 Grant Hansen, Mt. Emmons, Ut. 1 sec.-ft. for irrigation irriga-tion use from an Unnamed Spring, tributary to Lake Fork River to Duchesne River at a point S. 1420 ft. and E. 805 ft. from VfV Cor. Sec. 17, T2S, R3W. The water is to be used from March 1 to Oct. 31 as a supplemental supply to irrigate 200 acres of land embraced in SWV4 Sec. 17, NW14 Sec. 20, T2S, R3W. 23860 Grant Hansen, Mt. The water will be collected in a pond and conveyed convey-ed through an earth ditch a distance of 650 ft., where it will be used from March 1 to Oct. 1 to irrigate 120 acres of land embraced in EV&NWU. Protests resisting the granting of any of the foregoing applications applica-tions with reasons therefor, must be made in affidavit form with extra copy and filed with the State Engineer, 403 State Capitol, Salt Lake City 1, Utah, on or before March 21, 1953.
