Show IfYlln. Jlome Hilda Farnsworth Sunday School Is Reorganized Sunday School was reorganized last Sunday. The new superintendent superin-tendent is Rondo Rust, with Ver-lynn Ver-lynn Stewart and James Lindsay, Jr. as counselors. Released were Edwin Farnsworth, Supt., and James Lindasy and Verdas Miles, counselors. PIONEER DIES The town was saddened Wednesday Wed-nesday morning by the news of the passing away of our very loved neighbor and friend, Leora Farnsworth, who has born her long illness so patiently- We wish to express our sympathy to her family. Mr. and Mrs. Eric Moore and daughter of Pleasant Grove were in town Saturday calling on their friends. While here they visited at the homes of Mr. and Mrs. Geddas Lindsay, Mr. and Mrs. Floyd Farnsworth. Mr- Moore is a one-time resident of Mtn. Home. Mr. and Mrs. Harold Stevenson of Salt Lake City were in town Saturday. Weekend visitors at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Floyd Farnsworth Farns-worth were Mrs. Farnsworth's sister and brother-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Les Crandal and Mr. and Mrs. Edwin Rowley and little daughter, Vicki. Mr. and Mrs. Jack Eleazard took their daughter, Janice, to Provo this week to enroll at the BYU. Grant and Clifford Stevenson went to Price to attend the funeral services of their uncle, Heber M. (Bill) Stevenson Saturday. There was a large attendance at the funeral services of Leora Farnsworth- The Mtn. Home Relief Re-lief Society served lunch to the family. Mr. and Mrs. Austin Beal of Provo were weekend guests of Mr. and Mrs. Reed Lyons. Mr. and Mrs. Norton McDaniels of Alpine were in town Saturday visiting and also gathered pine nuts. |
