Show VHITEnOCKS Madeena Smith Mr. and Mrs. Nonnan Neilson are rejoincing over the arrival of a new baby girl born Sept- 13 at the' Roosevelt Hospital. Mr. and Mrs. Emery Simpson and son of Paonia, Colo., visited during the week with the George Walkups and Virgil Robb families. They brought fruit from there to the Walkups- Georgia Walkup returned re-turned with them and will visit for a week. Mrs. Lynn Hardy was in Tridell Tuesday helping her mother, Mrs. Elizabeth Morrill, cook for the men cutting corn. Mrs. Ernal Simmons is caring for little Bonnie Crozier while her mother is in the hospital with a new baby boy born Sept. 18. The mother and baby are doing fine. Primary preparation meeting was held Tuesday. Madeena Smith gave the lesson. Following the meeting a shower was given the little baby girl of the Norman Neilsons. Elbert Smith took the Paul Robb bus to Vernal Tuesday for repairs. re-pairs. Mrs. Pearl Walkup and Wilma went to the mountain Friday to take supplies to the men for the Elk hunt. The Gene Nybergs of Lapoint visited the Stanley Hoops family Wednesday. Mrs. Elsie Twitchell, Era director dir-ector and Mrs. Madeena Smith made a tour of the ward Friday for the Era drive, which was very successful. Elmo Hardy of Vernal visited his brother, Norwood and family Wednesday. |
