Show Winners Listed In flational Eiids' Bay Event Winners in the Sept. 24th National Na-tional Kids Day program directed by the Roosevelt Kiwanis Club, have been announced by John Wogec, president, who reported the day was a tremendous success. suc-cess. Over 400 kiddies from 12 years and down went through the treat line, and it is estimated another an-other 100 youngsters over that age were in the parade and watched watch-ed the pet show. Finances for the project came from the sale of donuts to the people of Roosevelt by members of the club. A total of 600 dozen donuts were sold for a profit of approximately $150, by members of the club, their wives and other helpers. A special word of appreciation is expressed to Mr. and Mrs. Le-land Le-land Stevenson, owners-managers of the Uinta Theatre, who were were hosts to the kids at a free show Saturday afternoon. Another annual contributor is Clair Larsen, owner of Larsen Bottling Co., who donated half the soda pop given away.
