Show Roosevelt Scout Leaders Set District Meeting Two Roosevelt Scout District meetings have been set for the ensuing en-suing week, reports James E. Bacon, Roosevelt District chairman. chair-man. , Saturday, September 22 at 8 p.m; in the Junior High Seminary building the 1956 Annual Roosevelt Roose-velt Scout District Committee meeting will be held. Report of the nominating committee will be made, election held, oath of office administered, and yearly program emphasis revealed, stated Mr. Bacon. 'Besides members of . the district committee institutional representa-j representa-j tives from each of the institutions sponsoring scouting are especially encouraged to attend, he continued. Thursday, September 27, has been set as the date for the Roosevelt District Cub, Boy Scout and Explorer Roundtables. Site of the meeting will be the Ballard LDS Chapel and time is set at 8 p.m., reports Spencer Squire, District Commissioner. At Roundtables should come all den mothers, cubmasters, scoutmasters, scout-masters, explorer advisors, pack committeemen, troop , committeemen committee-men and post committeemen. District Dis-trict Roundtables are held under the direction of the District Commissioner Com-missioner Staff, c6ncluded Mr. Squires. |
