Show XeetcH-Sehhett Mrs. Fern Houston ' Gulf Oii Makes Oil Well Location The Gulf Oil Co. has made a location for the drilling of an oil well on the property of Lynn Whitlock, about 5 miles west of Lapoint. A water well is being drilled preparatory to drilling. Mrs. Frances Bowen was called call-ed to Salt Lake City last week by the serious illness of the infant in-fant daughter of Mrs. Mark Oberhansley at St. Mark's hospital. hos-pital. Mrs. Bowen visited her two daughters, Mrs. Bill Col-tharp Col-tharp and Mrs. Sherwood. Mrs. Bowen is caring for the little Mark Oberhansley girls while their mother is away. Mr. and Mrs. Paul Nelson visited vis-ited church here Sunday. Mr. Nelson represented the High Council. Busy as everyone is at this time of year, the men and boys of the ward took time off to put up 80 acres of hay for Mrs. Frances Bowen. Mr. and M.rs. Claude Nebeker, who have been living at Myton, are moving to Roosevelt. Mrs. Nebeker is going to work at Penney's store. Sunday night the M.I.A. had a bonfire party at Montes Creek reservoir. They enjoyed games and a water melon bust. Mrs. Frank Jenkins and daughter, Fraces Lou. of La-point, La-point, visited at the Delbert Horrocks home Thursday. The Sunday evening service program was given under the direction of Mrs. Norma Bowen. It was the Primary conference C. M.
