Show Ma Mrs. Violet Gentry Mrs. Bertha Angus Indiana People Visit Percivals Mr. and Mrs. Larkin their two daughters and a son-in-law, mission home supervisors in Indiana In-diana where Miss Florence Per-cival Per-cival is laboring as an L.D.S. missionary, visited the Charles Percival family last week. They were enroute to their home after af-ter visiting in Utah and other points. Mr. and Mrs. Vayle, of Tooele, are guests of their niece, Mrs. Virgil Ferguson, this week. Mrs. Tom Gentry and children chil-dren returned home Saturday after a 10-day stay in Salt Lake City. Wesley Dickerson of the Commercial Com-mercial Bank of Roosevelt called on Ioka farmers last week. Mr. and Mrs. Owen Timothy, of Ogden, were overnight guests Friday of Mr. and Mrs. Reed Lemon. James and Russell Lemon went to the mountains Wednesday Wednes-day to look after their cattle. Visitors at the W. G. Gentry farm last week were Mrs. Afton Seeley and children, of Salt Lake, Mrs. Barbara McCarrol and little son, of Vernal, and Mrs. Myrtle Fausett. Rosalee Green visited in Roosevelt Roos-evelt last week with her sister, Mrs. Lyle Gingel. Russel McCall, who is helping on the Gentry farm, spent the week-end with his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Whipple, of Roosevelt. Boyd Lemon, son of Mr. and Mrs. Reed Lemon, has enlisted in the air corps and is now stationed sta-tioned at San Antonio, Texas. Mr. and Mrs. Max Hartman and family, of Duchesne, were dinner guests Sunday of Mr. and Mrs. J. B. Lemon. Mr. and Mrs. Reid Lemon made a trip to Tridell, Sunday afternoon, to bring home their daughter Roene, who has spent the past week visiting friends and relatives there. Mrs. Olive Sorenson and son, Dean, returned Saturday from a two-week vacation in Oregon and Wyoming. They were accompanied ac-companied home by A. V. Sorenson, Soren-son, who will visit here for some time. Willis Lowry left Thursday to attend funeral services for his uncle. Harold Lowry. at Lyman, Ly-man, Nebraska. Edna Drollinger is making an extended visit in Idaho. Thelma Cook, of Bluebell, has spent the past week here at the home of her mother. Stella Ames and infant daughter daugh-ter visited Mrs. John Angus Friday Fri-day afternoon. Marie Benson entertained at a birthday party for her grand- daughter, Mary Ann Benson. Friday afternoon. Twenty - five children were present. Games were played and refreshments were served. |
