Show BYU TO OFFER 600 COURSES DURING SUMMER SESSIONS Approximately 600 courses in some 40 departments will be offered of-fered at Brigham Young University summer school this year, according accord-ing to Dr. Howard T. Reid, acting director of summer school. Applications for admission to summer school are due May 7. Former students who will be returning re-turning to Brigham Young University Univer-sity for the summer quarter are reminded that they must apply for re-admission in order to register reg-ister on June 11, which is scheduled sched-uled as registration day for summer sum-mer school. Calendar of events for summer school begins with class work starting on June 12. July 4 will be observed as a national holiday, and the first term of the two five-week five-week terms will end July 13. New registration for second term and class work will begin on July' 16. The 81st Summer Convocation will be held August 17 at the end of the second term. Additional information may be obtained by writing to Director of Summer School, Brigham Young University, Provo. |
