Show Near 100 Return Received On Tax Returns Nearly 100 peT cent response has been received in Duchesne County to personal property statements state-ments of assessment for 1956, reports re-ports G. B. Workman, assessor. A few of the near 1,500 personal per-sonal property statements mailed the first part of January from the assessor's office to taxpayers listed list-ed on the assessment roll index of Duchesne County have not been filed with the assessor,, but most of these persons have made arrangements ar-rangements with the assessor for an extension of time to file such statement. Of the 1,500 statements mailed, about 125 were to business busi-ness establishments, the assessor explained.
