Show - i HONORED ON BIRTHDAY John Haslem, Mr. and Mrs. Clair Haslem and son, Wayne of Bennett, Ben-nett, Mr. and Mrs. Lloyd Brown, Mr. and Mrs. Leonard Horrocks and Mr. and Mrs. Ab Price of Vernal Ver-nal spent Friday evening at a family fam-ily gathering at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Von Haslem in honor of Mr. Haslem's birthday. Mrs. Wendell Johnson has been appointed a regular teacher at the Roosevelt Junior High School, where she has been substituting. Mr. and Mrs. Larry Larsen returned re-turned to Logan where he is enrolled en-rolled as a student at the USAC, after spending a few days at the Bernard Larsen home' and at Duchesne Du-chesne with Mrs. Larsen's mother Mr. and Mrs. Martin Chandler of Salt Lake City spent last week visiting at the home of Mrs. Chandler's parents, the "Tex" Rosses. Our congratulations are extended extend-ed to Bishop Golden Collins in his promotion on his job at Roosevelt. Roose-velt. Quite a number of the Cub Scouts of Ballard were in uniform at school on Friday. Eunice' Cook will present the theology lesson in Relief Society April 3. |
