Show Lucy Jumer Jones J Dies Sn Arizona Word has been received of the death of Mrs. Lucy Jumer Jones, 83, on May 26, 1956 in Mayer, Arizona. She and her husband, E L. Jumer were Myton residents for many years He died June 3, 1941. For the past several years she had lived in Prescott, Arizona and had only resided in Mayer six months before her death. Mrs. Jones was born July 9, 1876 in St. Peters, .Luseur Co., Minnesota- She had been a member mem-ber of Duveromy Chapter No. 17, Order Eastern Star since August 22, 1922 and served as Worthy Matron with Dr. D. P. Whitmore as Worthk Patron in 1925. The Rev. Roy Boldt, pastor of the First Baptist church officiated at rites in the Olds Chapel and graveside services were conducted by Golden Rule Chapter No. 1, Order Eastern Star, of Prescott, with internment following in the Mountain cemetery-She cemetery-She is survived by her husband, William Jones of Mayer and three sisters, Mrs. Helen White, Mrs. Lois E. Eyler and Mrs. Harriett Thompson all of California. |
