Show Cecelia Gilbert (Too Late For Last Week) Mr. and Mrs.. Ashley Workman and children, Joyce and Jay1 were Saturday visitors at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Clarence Horrocks. Mr Workman is a brother of Mrs. Horrocks. Mrs. Frank Uresk and three children of Myton and Mrs. Floyd Smith and two babies of Kearns visited the Thomas Gilberts Wed. afternoon. Mrs. .Uresk and Mrs. Smith are Mrs. Gilberts' nieces. SWIMMING PARTY Two Sunday School classes joined join-ed in an outing Wednesday evening eve-ning at Dyes Pool north of Roose velt for a fun evening of swimming swim-ming and picnicing. Thirty-two adults and five young children were present. Sunday visitors at the John Richens home were Mr. and Mrs. S. E. Hall of East Layton, Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Clark and children of Kearns, Mr. and Mrs., Lawrence Weeks and son of Altonah and Mr. and Mrs. Carl. Smithson of Orem. ' , Mr. and Mrs. John Gilbert and daughters Jeanne and Tenna called on relatives in Arcadia Thursday evening. Miss Eva Richens of Kearns is spending some time with Donna Richens. Eva is the daughter of the late Marion Richens, who gave his life in World War II in Italy. Monday Sharon Holgate came from Salt Lake to get his family and take them back home. Lorna and the children had been visiting for a week with Mr. and Mrs. Hale Holgate and the Chad Evans family. ' Arlene Gilbert and chaldren, accompanied ac-companied by Mrs. Thomas M. Gilbert and Martha, drove out to Salt Lake- City Monday to keep appointments with their doctors, and to return Kenneth Mullins to his home. Lamar Gilbert and Mildred Mil-dred returned home after having spent a week visiting in Salt Lake Mrs. Ward Evans of Vernal came over Wednesday and picked up Mrs. Chad Evans and children and the group spent the day visiting visit-ing friends and relatives in Upalco, Mt. Emmons and Mtn. Home. ON VACATION Mr. and Mrs- Si Ross of Castle-gate Castle-gate and Mr. and Mrs. Glen Peterson Peter-son of Price visited Thursday with Mr. and Mrs. Hale Holgate., Mr. and' Mrs. Peterson returned to Price while Mr. and Mrs. Ross joined the Holgates in a trip to the Northwest. They will be gone ten days. Mr. and Mrs- Marvin Bell and girls have returned from their Calif, visit. They report a most enjoyable vacation. FAMILY GATHERING Saturday was the scene of a lamily group gathering at the Thomas M. Gilbert home. Mrs. Gracia Olsen of Duchesne and her daughters and their families joined in a visit and picnic at the Gilbert farm. Mrs.. Olsen and her daugh-. ters are the family of the late Orin Olsen, brother of Mrs. Gilbert. Gil-bert. Mr. and Mrs. Porter Merrell and son Tieed and daughters Cheryl . and Sandra visited with Mr. and Mrs. Jack Gilbert and family Fri. Reed has ' recently been released from serving four years in the Air Force-Mr. Force-Mr. and Mrs. Royal Burt have been visiting from Pa. New Mexico with Mr a ln?ton, Arch Larsen of Arcadia rs' and Mrs. Frank Holgate ton.
