The selection of Elmer Yergen-sen, Yergen-sen, Myton, as president of the 1953 Uintah Basin Industrial Convention Con-vention committee, to succeed Forrest For-rest Hancock who served during the last two years, and the awarding award-ing of first place prizes to Miss Esther Wogec, Miss Dorothy Dean Nixon, and Grant Peel in the sen-ioir sen-ioir talent contest, brought the three day conference to a climax.
