Show Randlett Ward Holds Annual Reunion Friday New Year's Day the Randlett ward held their annual Reunion at the Randlett chapel. The following program was presented present-ed under the direction of Mrs. Lula Dudley: community singing, sing-ing, "Auld Lang Syne;" invocation, invo-cation, Pres. B. O. Colton, who was the ward's first bishop; remarks re-marks by Bishop Jarman. The program consisted of numbers from members of the ward and people who have lived in the ward and were present at the Reunion. Two instrumental numbers were played by Rosemary, Rose-mary, Bonnie and Charles Dan-ials, Dan-ials, of Ft. Duchesne; song, "Frosty the Snowman," David Stevens, accompanied by Janet Stevens; readings, by Yvonne Gardner, of Roosevelt; vocal duet, "My Heart Belongs to Utah,'' by Elaine Chandler and LaRee Bywater, of Myton, accompanied ac-companied by Loye Harris; story, Josephine Taylor, of Vernal; Ver-nal; song, "Dreamland,"Melissa Anderson and Carolyn Stoddard, Stod-dard, accompanied by Deon Wall; jokes, by Willard Wall; song, "Winter Wonderland," by Janet and Connie Stevens, of Roosevelt, accompanied by Vel-ma Vel-ma Pickup; a skit by the 4-H Club girls, Bonnie Peay, Paui-ine Paui-ine Pickup, Irene Jensen, Janet Brough, Deon Wall, Shirley Pickup and Janet Durfee; benediction, bene-diction, Bishop Ralph Durfee, of Leota. Grant and Clyde Jarman arrived ar-rived home Tuesday evening from Manilla, Utah, where they had been visiting Mr. and Mrs John Tinker. Miss Grace McMullin and a friend, Charles Bastian, of Montana, arrived home Wednesday. Wednes-day. Grace has been spending the winter in Idaho Falls, Ida. Mr. and Mrs. Ervin Young had their new son named Sunday Sun-day in Sacrament meeting. The name they gave him was David Brent Young. ' Mr. and Mrs. Edgar Jensen and family have moved back to their home here. The Jensens' have been living in Bonanza. |
