Show CHILD LOSES EYE IN ARROW ACCIDENT Lerwili Olsen motored to' Salt Lake City last Sunday, returning return-ing Tuesday with his wife and their small son, Burdell, who was rushed to the hospital there last week, after having been hit in the eye with an arrow. ar-row. It was necessary to remove re-move the child's. eye. but he is recovering rapidly from the effects ef-fects of the operation. Mr. and Mrs. Aaron Labrum and family, of Midvale. were guests at the Elroy Halverson home. Mrs. Zina Medham, Mr. and Mrs. Arvil Mecham and two daughters, of Orem. were Sun day visitors ait the Peter Duncan Dun-can home. Mr. and Mrs. Verl Harper and children, of Salt Lake City, Visited relatives here during the past weekend. Rullon Smithson, of Provo, spent the weekend here with his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Nephi Smithson. Mrs. Ada Hutcheon and two sons, Charles and DeLane, of Salt Lake City, spent the week end here with relatives. The W. K. Dye and Tliad Wilkerson homes were made happy last Sunday by the visit of Mr. and Mrs. Dwayne Peterson Pet-erson and children, of Orem. Max Horrocks and Bob Greenwall, of Salt Lake City, were weekend guests at the Theron Horrocks residence. Henrie O. Best, of Salt Lake City, one of . the early pioneers of this community, was among the pheasant hunters of the past weekend. Mr. Best home-gteaded home-gteaded a tract of land to the east of where the Clyde Hacking Hack-ing home now stands. Mrs. Richard Larsen and daughter, Nancy, of Salt Lake City, spent a few days here recently. |
