Show Staying at the home of Mrs. Naomia Benson are Mr. and Mrs. Reed Hullinger. of Baker, Montana, her daughter and son-in-law. They will remain here until Ohrlistmias, after which Mr. Hullinger will attend the University of Utah. Guests at the Tom Halen residence res-idence last weekend were Mr. and Mrs. Elmer Birch, and family, fam-ily, of Salt Lake City. Mrs. Pat Markey returned home last weekend from Provo, Where she had been staying with ' her gf anddaugfater, who underwent a tonsillectomy. I Mr. and Mrs. Junior Davis and children were weekend guests at the Donald Laris home. While here they participated partici-pated in the pheasant hunt. Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth, Spencer Spen-cer and Mrs. Adellia Spills-burry, Spills-burry, of Salt Lake City, were weekend guests at the home of j Mrs. Crystal Broderick. Mr. and Mrs.. Kenneth Ay-cock, Ay-cock, accompanied by Mrs. Aycock's mother, Mrs. Ruby Stevenson of Duchesne, attended attend-ed the game at Fillmore last Friday, and remained in Fillmore Fill-more and Holden for the weekend week-end to visit relatives, returning home Sunday. 'Mr. and Mrs. Merlin Hays and family attended a funeral in Buhl. Idaho last weekend, leaving Thursday and returning return-ing home Sunday. While there they Visited with relatives. Among USAC students home for the weekend were Douglas Main, JeNeal Pack and Melba Benson. Also saw -John Ruppel, Lloyd Carlson and Gwennita Curry from the University of Utah. TWO DENTISTS RETURN FROM MILITARY SERVICE It was a surprise to see Dr. Don Johnson Thursday. Accompanied Accom-panied by his father, he stopped stop-ped in at the Standard Office emroute to Cbllinston, Utah, from the East, where he has been in ' the military service for the past two years. His wife, Jan, and children are coming to Utah by train and will join Dr. Johnson this week. He stated that he has made no definite plans since being released from the service. ser-vice. The Dr. Vere Johnson are also' al-so' returning to Utah, and will make their home .in Logan for the present. Mr. and Mrs. E." ' J. ' Mxoh returned last Friday from a three-week trip to San Francisco, Francis-co, where they visited with their son and daughter-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Jack Nlixon. While there Karen attended school. Pheasant hunting guests at the homes of Mayor and Mrs. Paul Murphy and Mrs. Alice Lublin were Mr. and Mrs. Donald Don-ald Lublin and son of Salt Lake City, Mr. and Mrs. Bert Hopkins and Mr. and Mrs. Gay Hopkins and family of Provo. Mr. and Mrs. Mark Bellon and twins, - Janet and Jerry,' of Sandy, and Mr. and Mrs. J. J. Miller of Sprangvalle, were weekend guests at the Lynn Labrum home. Mrs. Mary Gagon is leaving this week for Salt Lake City, where she will spend six weeks with her son and daughter-in-law. Mr. and Mrs. Hugh Gagon. |
