He will go to Fort Duchesne as an employee . of the Bureau of Indian Affairs in their Co-cial Co-cial Service department.. New appointment is effective Nov. 15. Thirty-five Duchesne County residents have been listed on the third term venue in the District Dis-trict Court at Duchesne. These respective jurors will be called on during the third term of court, which opened Sept. 27, to try any issues 'that may arise before Fourth Judicial District Judges Joseph E. Nelson, Win. Stanley Dunfiord, and R. L. Tuckett. The jury trial set for 10 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 17, is a criminal crim-inal case, and the Dec. 2 trial, with Merril H. Larsen, plaintiff, plain-tiff, and Chester Lyman, defendant, de-fendant, 'is a civil matter involving in-volving a suit for judgment. This trial is set for 10 a.m. also.
