Show Altamont 4-N'ers Gain Awards At Recent Meeting ALTAMONT The 4-H Club Achievement prOgTam, held at Altamont, was one of the- three conducted in Duchesne County this year, .reports Robert S. Murdock and Mary Lois Reich-ert. Reich-ert. Extension Service workers for this county. Sixty people attended at-tended the Altamont program, Which was directed by Lois Goodrich, local member of the Duchesne County 4-H executive execu-tive comimi'ttee. Ten girls' clubs and one boys' club were (participants in the program. Fifty-eight club members were presented awards by Mr. Murdock and Miss Reichert. Achievement certificates were presented to all club leaders, listed as follows: fol-lows: Lois Goodrich, Belle Bird, Laura Seeley, of Bluebell; Naomi Denver and Hazel Reay, Altamont; Ettholene Burton, Vera Mower, Waldine Soren-sen, Soren-sen, Enma Sorensen, Talmage; Hannah Oman, Boneta; Lawrence Law-rence Young and Max Hantaan, AltamOnt. Miss Etholene Burton of Tal-maige Tal-maige was awarded a five-year, leadership . pin, a small four-leaf four-leaf clover design in silver. Janet Seeley of Bluebell and Gwendolyn Chapman of Alta-mlont Alta-mlont received awards for their style dress revue entries; clothing cloth-ing medals were presented to Gwendolyn Chapman of Altamont Alta-mont and June Powell of Bluebell. |
