' Death of Mrs. Jacob Hafen Jr. Mrs. Jacob Hafen, jr., of this city, died last Friday from a serious attack at-tack of bright's disease and childbirth, child-birth, the infant living but a few days. The funeral services were held Tuesdayat 1 o'clock from the North Ward meeting house. There being in attendance a large number of her family, relatives and friends from ' Fail-view, her former home, and also al-so Mount Pleasant people filling: the house, to show due respect to the departed sister. ' The Fairview choir furnished sacred music, A, U. Miner, A. Merz, C. V. Sorensoii and Bishop II C. Jacobs being the speakers who made very timely remarks appropriate for the occasion. Many beautiful flowers flow-ers were given in token of the respect re-spect in which their manv friends held for the young mother and beloved be-loved rt ife, who died in her yout h.
